2. Roles
- leading the viral selling management and execution of cross-functional programs/project
- Brand expansion, Sales management for Korean market
- Developing viral sales that support the business objectives
- Developing and exectuing strategies and plans to meet the goals
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Assisting in the integration of complex business factors for long term strategic plannngs objectives.

3. Responsibility
- Faciliate viral sales core team meetings and maintain master schedule
- Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program for viral sales
- Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
- Work with team to establish quality and customer experience goals for the program/project
- Schedule and run all program reviews. Track progress, report status and make necessary corrections 
- Work with the core team to establish plans to achive the quality and customer experience goals

4. Qualification
- HW, SW, 국내 대형 포털사 마케팅 경험 또는 온라인 마케팅 경험자
- 트위터, 페이스북 등 SNS 회사 경험자 우대
- Viral sales or marketing 경험자 우대
- 중국 대련 근무 가능자
- 과장급 선호 
- 영어 능통자
