2. Qualification

- Qualification in adult learning (Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Master of Science in Instructional Technology)

- 4~6 year experience of high impact learning, newest learning technologies and project management

- Preferred to designing online, instructor-led, and blended learning programs

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent planning skills

- Technical insight

 

3. Job Description

- Partner and collaborate with IBO leaders, IBOs, and training vendors to create dynamic learning programs which are high-impact, tailored to the different IBO segments.

- Be ensuring that the newest training technologies are implemented into the new design

- Maintain awareness of adult learning theories, methods, and best practices. and apply   

innovative frameworks to IBO Training

- Assign learning pilots to and/or attend events to ensure format and conten are supporting       

business transformation as per expected

- Write articles for internal communications about success cases and business impact of the  

programs

- Take active part in the development and implementation of new training
